Customer Master Modernization
DCA group led the solution design for a new **Customer Master application** leveraging a modern **Tomcat-Spring-Java** stack and a **Teradata DB**. This initiative successfully replaced the legacy mainframe CICS Member application, establishing the Customer Master Data Repository as the definitive system of record for the entire enterprise.
Integration Tier
We utilized **WebSphere Message Broker** (IBM’s ESB) to mediate all integrations between modern Web services and legacy MQ-based applications, ensuring seamless data flow during the transition.
Cloud Loyalty Integration
The legacy mainframe Loyalty application was replaced by a specialized **cloud SaaS application**. DCA group managed the integration of this new SaaS platform with existing on-premise applications via the established ESB and MQ architecture, maintaining business continuity throughout the replacement process.
